Human for IT, sometimes called Social IT, is the practice of making digital technology accessible and usable by as many people as possible.

It addresses the social dimension of sustainable IT from the standpoint of digital technology itself: who benefits from it, who is excluded, and under what conditions it is produced.

Areas

  • Digital accessibility for people with disabilities ;
  • inclusion and the fight against digital exclusion ;
  • production conditions: mining, assembly, and annotation of training data ;
  • quality of working life for those who use these tools daily ;
  • interface ethics, against deceptive design.
